Today is the first day of Girls Talk Books! Hooray!

I decided to kick this off during Women’s History Month because so many of the women we feature have made history in their own way. Our voices are powerful, our voices make things happen, and our voices are relevant. As authors and those in the publishing industry, our passions are using the written (or spoken) word to inspire and educate others.

Whether through poetry, children’s books, memoirs, or nonfiction works of history, we are here to represent the stories we hold dear to our hearts.

Girls Talk Books is not just a way to entertain you; it is a way to equip you with the resources and education you need to write, publish, or represent others in the publishing industry.

So, today, we make history as a platform that celebrates diverse voices in publishing! Let’s get to it!
